PLEASE NOTE! *Entry is permitted no earlier than 60 minutes before the start of your saunagus, and you must leave no later than 60 minutes after the saunagus ends. The start and end times of your saunagus follow your booking.

• Please bring swimwear and a large towel for use in the sauna. The towel must cover all contact points between you and the wood, including if you wear bath sandals inside the sauna.

• You are welcome to bring a water bottle for use in the Saunahaven, but it is not allowed inside the sauna.

Access to the Vandkulturhuset and Saunahuset requires a wristband. If you do not already have one, you must either purchase one for 50 kr. or rent one for 50 kr., which must be returned after your saunagus. When you return the rented wristband, you will be refunded the 50 kr. However, refunds are only issued if the rented wristband is returned the same day. If you purchase a wristband, it will be permanently linked to your member profile, so you do not need to visit the Vandkulturhuset shop for a refund when you finish at Saunahuset and Vandkulturhuset.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if you have not brought a towel. Towels can be rented at the Vandkulturhuset shop for 35 kr.

• The minimum age for participation in saunagus is 16 years.

• Pregnant individuals and those with heart conditions are advised to consult their doctor.
