Do you want to understand why habits are so hard to change – and what actually works?

In this inspiring lecture with Birgitte Nymann, “How to Change Habits – by Understanding the Brain Behind Them”, you’ll gain practical knowledge and insight into how habits are formed, automated, and control far more of your life than you might think.

Habits control us – we just need to understand them!

In a time when willpower and good intentions often fail, research shows that real change isn’t about discipline, but about understanding the brain’s habit centers and working with habit systems.

This lecture provides you with strategies for changing behavior in ways that actually work – without a constant battle with yourself.

What will you take away from the lecture?

  • Gain insight into how habits arise, become automatic, and link together in chains that shape your daily life.

  • Learn how to design your everyday routines so good choices are easier and bad habits lose their grip.

  • Discover why traditional willpower rarely works – and what does work instead.

  • Get concrete tools to change habits that can be applied in every area of life – from diet and exercise to work routines and screen time.

Take charge of your habits and get practical tools to help you create lasting change – without stress, guilt, or frustration.
