Are you ready to try one of the most popular games of the moment? Then our MiniCamp focusing on padel is just the thing for you!
MiniCamp at DGI Byen is for children ages 8–13, and several times a year we invite you to active and engaging camps with different themes. This time the theme is padel, where play, technique, and teamwork come together in perfect harmony.
Through fun training and play, the children will learn about:
Teamwork and communication
Basic padel techniques
Movement, coordination, and quick reflexes
The joy of learning something new in a safe and positive environment
From play to match
The camp concludes with short matches and fun competitions, where the children get to use their new skills. The training strengthens both motor skills, self-confidence, and the sense of community – and not least, their energy levels!
This is how MiniCamp – Padel takes place
Fun warm-up games
Accessible exercises for beginners
Introduction to grip, positioning, and basic strokes
Training in pairs – because padel is all about teamwork
It will be a day full of energy, laughter, and learning – perfect for both beginners and children who just want to try something new.
