Family Sports 2026 at DGI Byen
Step inside and experience a day filled with fun, exercise, and community at our Åben Hal event. We invite you to an exciting day where we set up a challenging equipment course and offer a mix of free play and structured activities, all planned by our skilled instructors.
What to expect:
Joint welcome with a "hello song" and rhymes/verses
A large equipment course including, among other things, airtrack, foam apparatus, sensory and balance elements, as well as other elements that challenge motor skills
Instructor-led activities facilitated by our experienced instructors
Sweat on your brow and time to relax together
So bring your energy and help create an unforgettable day at our Åben Hal event.
Where: DGI-byen, Sportshuset, Tietgensgade 65, 1704 Copenhagen
When: Saturday, 28 February 2026 from 9 am to 12 pm
Please note! The hall is booked by Familieidræt until 12:00, so we must tidy up and have left the hall no later than 12:00. This means tidying up begins at 11:30.

In Familieidræt, children and adults participate equally, so you must register both your child and the participating adult.
