Time span
09:00-15:00
A sensory yoga festival for body, mind and soul.
This year we’re introducing a brand new and expanded edition of Copenhagen Yoga Day – a festival dedicated to body, breath, and awareness.
On Saturday, 8 November, we’re spreading yoga throughout all of DGI Byen’s halls and inviting you to a day filled with presence, movement, and inspiration.
Here, there are no requirements, no pressure to perform – just a wide range of experiences for body, mind, and soul.
Meet inspiring teachers
You’ll be guided by some of Denmark’s most experienced yoga instructors. Meet, among others:
Simon Krohn: The dream of finding peace within yourself. Simon Krohn shares a simple recipe for replacing restlessness with calm – and guides a meditative practice where we experience the effect.
Gitte Lindgaard: Breath & Beyond: Get high on your own supply. Step into a guided breathwork session that unlocks your potential. Inspired by the Wim Hof Method, we boost the immune system, reduce stress and elevate energy.
Rikke Wolgast: BALLance. Learn to treat yourself with the specially designed balls.
More talented profiles will be announced on an ongoing basis.
Sensory yoga square
In the foyer, we’re creating a vibrant gathering spot with tastings, yoga equipment, natural products and sustainable brands. The perfect place for a break between sessions.
Here, you can meet passionate people and businesses dedicated to yoga, lifestyle, sustainability and well-being. Explore everything from yoga clothing and equipment to natural products and delicious tastings. Copenhagen Yoga Day – Festival Edition is an invitation to breathe deeply, connect with your body, and link up with what’s shared, what’s within, and what’s present. A full day devoted to the diversity of yoga – in the heart of Copenhagen.
The ticket includes a delicious vegan poke bowl from our own kitchen plus 0.5 L spring water.
