Family Sports – Open Hall

Step inside and experience a day full of fun, exercise, and community at our Open Hall event. We invite you to an exciting day where we'll set up a challenging obstacle course and offer a mix of both free play and structured activities planned by our skilled instructors.

What you can expect:

• Group welcome with 'hello song' and rhymes

• A large obstacle course featuring, among other things, airtrack, foam equipment, sensory and balance elements, and other challenges to motor skills

• Instructor-led activities facilitated by our experienced instructors

• A good sweat and a great atmosphere

So bring your energy and help us create an unforgettable day at our Open Hall Event.

Where: DGI-byen, Sportshuset, Tietgensgade 65, 1704 Copenhagen

When: Saturday, 21 March 2026 from 9 am–12 pm

NB! The hall is booked by Familieidræt until 12:00 pm, so we must finish tidying up and leave by 12:00 pm. This means cleanup will start at 11:30 am.

At Familieidræt, children and adults participate equally, so you need to register both the child and the participating adult.
