Family Sports – Open Hall

Step inside and experience a day full of fun, exercise, and community at our Open Hall event. We invite you to an exciting day where we set up a challenging obstacle course and offer a mix of both free play and structured activities, all planned by our skilled instructors.

What can you expect:

• A shared welcome with a “hello song” and rhymes/chants

• A large obstacle course including airtrack, foam equipment, sensory and balance elements, plus other features designed to challenge coordination

• Instructor-led activities facilitated by our experienced instructors

• Sweat and good times

Where: DGI-byen, Sportshuset, Tietgensgade 65, 1704 Copenhagen

When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 9:00–12:00

Note! The hall is booked by Familieidræt until 12:00, so we need to finish tidying up and vacate the hall by 12:00 at the latest. Clean-up will start at 11:30.

In Familieidræt, children and adults participate equally, so you must register both the child and the participating adult.
