Family Sports – Open Hall

Step inside and experience a day filled with fun, exercise, and community at our Open Gym event. We invite you to an exciting day, where we set up a challenging obstacle course and offer a mix of both free play and structured activities planned by our skilled instructors.

What you can expect:

• Joint welcome with “hello song” and rhymes

• A large obstacle course featuring, among other things, an airtrack, foam equipment, sensory and balance elements, and other challenges for motor skills

• Instructor-led activities facilitated by our experienced instructors

• Sweat on your brow and good times

So bring your energy and help create an unforgettable day at our Open Gym Event.

Where: DGI Byen, Sportshuset, Tietgensgade 65, 1704 Copenhagen

When: Saturday, 21 March 2026 9:00–12:00

Note: The hall is booked for Family Sports until 12:00, so we need to finish tidying up and leave the hall by 12:00 at the latest. This means that tidying up will begin at 11:30.

In Family Sports, children and adults participate equally, so you must register both the child and the participating adult.
