On arrival, please go to the ticket desk at Vandkulturhuset and give the name the booking was made under to receive a key fob for the hall. A deposit is required to receive the key.

You must set up the net and poles yourself – and take them down again after playing.

Remember to bring indoor shoes.

Do you need equipment?
You can rent rackets and buy shuttlecocks in Vandkulturhuset’s ticket desk at the following times:

• Monday–Thursday: 07.00–20.00
  (rackets must be returned by 20.15)

• Friday: 07.00–19.00
  (rackets must be returned by 19.15)

• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 08.00–17.00
  (rackets must be returned by 17.15)

Opening hours are subject to change.

Changing rooms
You are welcome to use our changing facilities next to the halls, both before and after your activity. Here you can change and take a shower. The code for the changing room will be given together with your key fob.
