Welcome to DGI Byen’s Mama Bootcamps – tailored training for those wanting to strengthen their body during pregnancy or get started after childbirth.
Our bootcamps combine physical training with presence, calm, and community. You’ll be guided by experienced instructors and train both in our group exercise room and the swimming pool – all in a safe and energizing setting in the heart of Copenhagen.
Whether you’re pregnant or participating with your baby, we create a space where you can connect with your body, find strength, and share the experience with other mothers.
