Upon arrival, please go to the ticket counter at the Water Culture House and provide the name under which the booking was made to receive a key fob for the hall. A deposit is required for the key.

Pickleball is played on a badminton court – we use the same court markings. You will need to set up the net and posts yourself – and take them down again after your game.

Remember to bring indoor shoes.

Need equipment?
You can rent rackets at the Water Culture House ticket counter – one ball is included in the rental.
All equipment must be returned the same day:

• Monday–Thursday: 07.00–20.00
  (return no later than 20.15)

• Friday: 07.00–19.00
  (return no later than 19.15)

• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 08.00–17.00
  (return no later than 17.15)

Opening hours may be subject to change.

Changing rooms
You are welcome to use our changing facilities adjacent to the halls, both before and after your activity. There you can change and take a shower. The code for the changing room will be given to you together with your key fob.
