Upon arrival, please check in at the Vandkulturhuset ticket shop and provide the name under which the booking was made to receive a key fob for the hall. A deposit is required to receive the key.

Depending on which hall you are assigned, you are responsible for lowering and raising the baskets before and after play.

Remember to bring your own basketball – and always wear clean indoor shoes to protect the floor.

Changing rooms
You are welcome to use our changing facilities adjacent to the halls, both before and after your activity. Here you can change and take a shower. The code for the changing room will be provided together with your key fob.
