In DGI Byen's new Calm & Balance House, we have created a bright and harmonious training universe with room for both reflection, community and strength.

With a Reformer & Classes membership, you gain access to training that strengthens both body and mind. Here, you can combine gentle yoga sessions, deep stretching and conscious breathing with effective and versatile reformer training inspired by Pilates. On the reformer, you train your whole body with a focus on strength, balance, flexibility and your core. Our new reformer studio is equipped with up to 10 XRCYCE reformer benches, and all classes are guided by professional instructors who help you get the training that fits your level.

Yoga gives you a breathing space from everyday life. Through calm movements and mindful practice, you create balance, mobility and mental peace in your body.
