We invite you to an exciting day, where we set up a challenging equipment course and offer a mix of both free play and structured activities planned by our skilled instructors.
What can you expect:
Joint welcome with a "hello song" and rhymes/chants
A large equipment course featuring, among other things, airtrack, foam equipment, sensory and balance elements, and other features that challenge motor skills
Instructor-led activities facilitated by our experienced instructors
A good workout and a cozy atmosphere
So bring your energy and help us create an unforgettable day at our Åben Hal Event.

When: Saturday, 28 February 2026 from 9–12
NB! The hall is reserved for Familieidræt until 12:00, so we need to finish clean-up and leave the hall by 12:00 at the latest. Clean-up will start at 11:30

In Familieidræt, children and adults take part equally, so you must register both the child and the participating adult.
