Open Dialogue Meeting and Shared Dinner
Date
24 February
Time span
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Copenhagen’s need for even more sports and activity facilities. That’s why we’re inviting you to an open dialogue meeting on Tuesday in our conference house.
More people are moving in, and more and more children and young people want to participate in sports.
The local clubs are feeling increasing pressure on facilities and space for physical activity.
At the same time, analyses show that Copenhagen is among the municipalities facing the greatest challenges when it comes to access to sports facilities.
That is why DGI Byen is inviting an open dialogue about future opportunities.
The goal is to discuss how the area can offer more space for sport in the capital.
At the same time, the focus will be on creating stronger frameworks for physical activity and community in Copenhagen.
The event is part of an ongoing preliminary study of the area's development potential.
In the evening, the overall perspectives and framework for the project will be presented.
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and input to the ongoing process.
There will also be representatives from DGI Storkøbenhavn and the City of Copenhagen present.
The evening ends with a light meal from DGI Byen's green signature menus.
As a thank you for participating, everyone will receive a gift card for free bowling.
DGI Byen hopes to bring together associations, stakeholders, and local actors for a constructive dialogue about the city's future spaces for movement.
