Refund your ticket – when you purchase a membership
When you buy a ticket for sauna infusion, admission to the Sauna House, Basic Team Training, or entry to the Water Culture House, you have the option to refund your ticket when you purchase a membership at DGI Byen.
Note! This can only be done on the same day you bought the ticket for.
Purchase your membership on the day you use your ticket. This is done through our booking system, link here.
If you don't already have a profile, you can create one.
Show your proof of membership purchase along with your ticket to the staff in the shop, and they will assist you with the refund.
