Refund your ticket - when you purchase a membership
When you buy a ticket for sauna infusion, entry to the Sauna House, group training (basic), or entry to the Water Culture House, you have the option to get a refund for the ticket when you purchase a membership at DGI Byen.
Note! This can only be done on the same day the ticket is purchased for.
Purchase your membership on the day you have used your ticket. This is done via our booking system, link here.
If you do not already have a profile, you can create one.
Show your membership purchase and ticket to the staff in the shop, and they will assist you with the refund.
