In DGI Byen's new Reformer Room, we offer up to 10 XRCYCE reformer benches in our classes.
The reformer lets you train your whole body, inspired by Pilates exercises. This makes the reformer bench a versatile piece of equipment that can help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. In our brand new Calm & Balance House, we have created the perfect setting for you: a bright, harmonious, and inviting space where you’ll feel at ease as soon as you step inside. We’ve created a place for both activity and community. Strengthen your whole body, from your core to your mental wellbeing.
Our reformer classes are for everyone, no matter your fitness level or strength. Our professional instructors are ready to meet you at eye level and support you along the way.
