Practical information

The prenatal training takes place either in the Group Exercise Studio or in the Water Culture House – we alternate between gentle exercises in the studio and water jogging in the Elipsen pool.

The meeting point will be clearly indicated, and the program alternates each week. When the training is in the Group Exercise Studio, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes.

Access to the Water Culture House is included in the price. If you wish to use a locker in the changing room, please bring a 20-kroner coin (or a reusable coin of the same size).

You can participate as soon as you have had your first medical check-up.

Our experienced instructor will take both your trimester and individual needs into account and guide you safely through the program.
