Practical information
The training mainly takes place in the Group Exercise Studio, but for two of the sessions, we meet in the Water Culture House for baby swimming.
The meeting point is clearly indicated in the program. When we train in the studio, you just need to wear comfortable workout clothes.
Here, our instructor will guide you through gentle and effective exercises, and your baby can join in.
For baby swimming, we recommend arriving in good time so you have time to breastfeed and change both yourself and your baby before we go in the water.
Baby swimming takes place in the Gryden pool from 11:00–11:30 and is led by a trained instructor.
Access to the Water Culture House is included in the price. In the changing room, you can use a locker – remember a 20-kroner coin or a reusable coin of the same size.
You can also buy drinks and snacks in the café after the training.
