On the reformer, you can train your entire body inspired by Pilates exercises. This makes the reformer bench a versatile exercise tool that can help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. In our brand new Ro & Balance House, we have created the setting for you: a bright, harmonious, and inviting space where you can feel calm the moment you step in. Here, we have made a place for activity and community. Strengthen your whole body, from your core to your mental health.
Our reformer classes are for everyone, no matter your fitness or strength level. Our professional instructors are ready to help you with a workout that suits your condition.
