If you choose DGI Byen as the location for your meeting, you get the option to choose between different meeting packages, all of which are designed to meet every criteria for a successful and productive meeting.

Et kæmpe tusind tak herfra til dig og dine kollegaer i DGI byen. Det har virkelig være en fornøjelse at være hos jer og alt er bare gået lige som jeg gerne ville have det. Alle vores gæster har været imponeret over jeres sted, glade for værelserne, vilde med det lyse konferencelokale og imponerede over maden både frokost og til festen torsdag aften. Tror bare vi kan konstatere det har været en stor succes. Jeres fleksibilitet op til arrangementet og jeres servicemindedhed under det hele er der ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Jeg er dybt taknemmelig og det har gjort det så meget nemmere at være organisator med jer i ryggen. Så TAK.

From the moment we walked in the doors we were welcomed and looked after and you made the event enjoyable for us with no stress. Every request was dealt with positively and without any trouble.
Every single member of staff has a smile and enthusiasm that is like no other venue I work at around Europe and the UK.
The AV team had really improved and this was a huge plus for me and made everything run smoothly in the plenary room. The catering team are amazing and ready to deal with anything we throw at them!
The operations team are always on hand and happy to do/change anything we ask and anything in the brief they are there ready.

Her mandag morgen summer hele huset af god stemning omkring festen og de gode oplevelser kollegerne har haft sammen.
En stor tak til hele holdet i DGI Byen, for at skabe rammerne for en perfekt fest – og det gik rigtig godt hånd i hånd med mit eget motto overfor kollegerne – Kvalitet – Byens bedste service og med et kæmpe smil på læben.
