How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

The quickest way to travel from the airport to the hotel is via the Copenhagen Metro or a regional train to Copenhagen Central Station. The journey takes 12 minutes by train - a bit longer than the Metro - and the hotel is a five-minute walk from the station.

Do you provide a shuttle bus service from the airport?

No, but it is easy to get to the hotel via the Copenhagen Metro or regional trains to Copenhagen Central Station.

Do you have express check-in?

Use the Aeroguest app to check in prior to your arrival. If you use the app, you can also use your mobile phone as a key to your room.

When is the earliest I can check in?

14:00 (2:00 p.m.) The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day, but please let us know if you intend/expect to arrive after midnight.

When is the latest I can check out?

12:00 (p.m.) on your day of departure.

Do the rooms have refrigerators?

Our rooms do not have refrigerators. We take pride in being an environmentally friendly hotel and have accordingly made the decision to not include a minibar in our hotel rooms. We have a wide range of beverages and snacks available in the hotel lobby, however. We are also happy to store small cooling containers or medicine in our lobby if needed.

What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?

We offer several different types of rooms that can accommodate 1-4 guests. If you are a group of 4, you should select our Standard or Superior Family rooms.

Do you have any rooms with bathtubs?

Some of our rooms have a bathtub. If you want to ensure you get a room with a bathtub, we recommend that you book a Superior King room. You are always welcome to write us to request a room with a bathtub prior to your arrival. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but unfortunately that is not something we can guarantee.

Can I get a room with a balcony?

Some of our rooms have a balcony. We recommend that you write us prior to your arrival if you would like a room with a balcony. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden on all balconies.  

Are you allowed to smoke in the hotel?

CPH Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking on our balconies is also prohibited. We have designated smoking areas outside the hotel, however.

Is the hotel disability-friendly?

Our hotel does not have any high ledges at the entrances or rooms, and you can use the lift to move between floors. Our breakfast restaurant is located at floor level, and there is a lift to the swimming facility and bowling alley. Please contact us in advance if you require a room with facilities for wheelchair users.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before I check in and after I have checked out?

You were more than welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room at no cost.

Does the hotel have any parking facilities?

The local car park is available to everyone for a fee and can be accessed from Ingerslevsgade/Staldgade.

Is the swimming facility and gym free to use?

Hotel guests have free access to the swimming facility and gym.

What is included in the free access to the swimming facility and gym?

Access to the swimming facility and gym includes the different swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, planks and gym. You can also play table tennis and badminton.

Is bowling included?

Hotel guests get one free hour of bowling per day of their stay. You only have to pay the shoe rental fee (DKK 15 per pair of shoes). A bowling lane may not always be available, however.
 

Can I eat breakfast at the hotel?

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served at our beautiful restaurant building from Monday to Friday, 6:30 - 10:00 as well as weekends/public holidays from 07:00 - 11:00.

Do you have a restaurant?

Our restaurant is only a breakfast restaurant. We are located in the middle of Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), where you can find many great eateries at varying price ranges within walking distance of the hotel. You are more than welcome to ask our reception desk staff for recommendations.

Can I rent a bicycle from the hotel?

Yes. You can rent a bicycle at the reception desk. Rental bicycles are subject to availability on the day and cost DKK 150 per bicycle per day to rent.

Can my pet(s) stay with me?

Guests are not allowed to bring their pets into the hotel. The only exception to this rule is guide dogs.

What is the easiest way to get around from the hotel?

CPH Hotel is very centrally located, so most places are within walking distance. Copenhagen Central Station is only a short walk from the hotel, and you can take the Copenhagen Metro, buses or trains to your destination from there. We recommend that you buy a City Pass. With a City Pass, you will be able to use all public transport in the Greater Copenhagen area for 24, 48 or 72 hours (depending on the type of pass you buy). You can buy a City Pass at 7-Eleven at Copenhagen Central Station or directly through your mobile phone.

Do you sell sightseeing tickets?

Our reception desk sells tickets to Red Buses sightseeing. If you are looking for recommendations or tickets to other attractions, feel free to ask one of our hospitality staff in the lobby.

What attractions are located nearby the hotel?

CPH Hotel is located within walking distance of Tivoli, City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen), the National Museum of Denmark, the Harbour Bath and the shopping area around Strøget. CPH Hotel is located in the heart of the Meatpacking District (Kødbyen) and the Vesterbro district, home to some of the world’s hippest neighbourhoods where the streets are lined with restaurants, clubs and shops selling Danish and international design.

Is it easy to find a place to eat nearby?

CPH Hotel is located in the Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), which means that you will be within walking distance to a wide variety of eateries that serve excellent food. Feel free to ask one of our hosts and hostesses in the lobby for a recommendation. They are happy to help!
