Our rooms do not have refrigerators. We take pride in being an environmentally friendly hotel and have accordingly made the decision to not include a minibar in our hotel rooms. We have a wide range of beverages and snacks available in the hotel lobby, however. We are also happy to store small cooling containers or medicine in our lobby if needed.
We offer several different types of rooms that can accommodate 1-4 guests. If you are a group of 4, you should select our Standard or Superior Family rooms.
Some of our rooms have a bathtub. If you want to ensure you get a room with a bathtub, we recommend that you book a Superior King room. You are always welcome to write us to request a room with a bathtub prior to your arrival. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but unfortunately that is not something we can guarantee.
Some of our rooms have a balcony. We recommend that you write us prior to your arrival if you would like a room with a balcony. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden on all balconies.
CPH Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking on our balconies is also prohibited. We have designated smoking areas outside the hotel, however.
Our hotel does not have any high ledges at the entrances or rooms, and you can use the lift to move between floors. Our breakfast restaurant is located at floor level, and there is a lift to the swimming facility and bowling alley. Please contact us in advance if you require a room with facilities for wheelchair users.

The local car park is available to everyone for a fee and can be accessed from Ingerslevsgade/Staldgade. As a guest at CPH Hotel you get a favorable discount on the parking, please contact the reception.

Hotel guests get one free hour of bowling per day of their stay. You only have to pay the shoe rental fee (DKK 15 per pair of shoes). A bowling lane may not always be available, however.
Breakfast is included in your stay and is served at our beautiful restaurant building from Monday to Friday, 6:30 - 10:00 as well as weekends/public holidays from 07:00 - 11:00.
Our restaurant is only a breakfast restaurant. We are located in the middle of Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), where you can find many great eateries at varying price ranges within walking distance of the hotel. You are more than welcome to ask our reception desk staff for recommendations.
Yes. You can rent a bicycle at the reception desk. Rental bicycles are subject to availability on the day and cost DKK 150 per bicycle per day to rent.
Guests are not allowed to bring their pets into the hotel. The only exception to this rule is guide dogs.
CPH Hotel is very centrally located, so most places are within walking distance. Copenhagen Central Station is only a short walk from the hotel, and you can take the Copenhagen Metro, buses or trains to your destination from there. We recommend that you buy a City Pass. With a City Pass, you will be able to use all public transport in the Greater Copenhagen area for 24, 48 or 72 hours (depending on the type of pass you buy). You can buy a City Pass at 7-Eleven at Copenhagen Central Station or directly through your mobile phone.
Our reception desk sells tickets to Red Buses sightseeing. If you are looking for recommendations or tickets to other attractions, feel free to ask one of our hospitality staff in the lobby.
