Rooms - we provide elevators to all floors, and with three specially accessible rooms, our hotel is wheelchair-friendly for people with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users.
Our hotel generally has no high thresholds at entrances or to rooms, and our breakfast restaurant is also located on the ground floor.

In the parking lot in front of our hotel entrance and at our conference center, we offer two handicap parking spaces. The parking spaces follows the parking rules in the area.
In our indoor parking garage, there are also handicap parking spaces on both parking levels, as well as an elevator to the ground floor.

There is direct access to Vandkulturhuset and the Sports Area through the main entrance.
If you arrive at the parking lot from Tietgensgade and need an elevator, you can use the elevator at the hotel.
Elevator can be used to access the pool area.
Handicap lift can be used to access DGI Byens Bowling. 

Our staff is always ready to guide you if you need assistance with special access, and the presence of handicap companions follows the applicable rules.
