With our location in the heart of Copenhagen, DGI Byen is among of the capital’s most preferred meeting locations. We have put together a variety of meeting packages to accommodate every type of gathering from a meeting, conference, training course, annual meeting, team day or kick-off meeting. From our spacious and bright meeting venues at DGI Byen, you and your attendees are only a 50-metre walk from Copenhagen Central Station and 20 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. DGI Byen’s meeting venues are accordingly the perfect choice for those looking for a professional setting in a central location. Your meeting guests are able to park their cars at our local car park.
You can also combine our meeting packages with overnight accommodation at our hotel as well as activities such as bowling or sports in our different halls. When you book a meeting package, you get free admittance to the swimming facility on appointment. The staff at DGI Byen will take care of everything you require over the course of your meeting, and we will do our utmost to accommodate any needs you have before, during and after your meeting.

Et kæmpe tusind tak herfra til dig og dine kollegaer i DGI byen. Det har virkelig være en fornøjelse at være hos jer og alt er bare gået lige som jeg gerne ville have det. Alle vores gæster har været imponeret over jeres sted, glade for værelserne, vilde med det lyse konferencelokale og imponerede over maden både frokost og til festen torsdag aften. From the moment we walked in the doors we were welcomed and looked after and you made the event enjoyable for us with no stress. Every request was dealt with positively and without any trouble.
Every single member of staff has a smile and enthusiasm that is like no other venue I work at around Europe and the UK.
The AV team had really improved and this was a huge plus for me and made everything run smoothly in the plenary room. The catering team are amazing and ready to deal with anything we throw at them!

Her mandag morgen summer hele huset af god stemning omkring festen og de gode oplevelser kollegerne har haft sammen.
