Spring's first and biggest dance party

Be a part of an explosive dance party! Meet Mie Moltke and a range of other professional dancers who will go all out for 4 hours on stage and on the dance floor.

Everyone can join in!

We'll dance, sweat, and sing along to the best hits from four decades, and you'll move like never before. The instructors will guide us through various dance styles, and we'll dance freely without a partner all day.

The ticket is valid for the entire event, and you decide whether you want to dance one dance or all of them. In return, we promise you won't be able to sit still for long.

The program will be led by, among others, Mie Moltke, Steen Lund, Thomas Evers Poulsen, Frederik Nonnemann, and Luise Dons who will rock it with Funky Latin Dance.

The day's choreography is led by six super cool dancers.

Practical Information

Changing Facilities

It is possible to change and shower before and after the dance party. You will be directed to changing rooms upon arrival.

Clothing

We'll be getting warm, so it's advisable to wear workout clothes. We'll be dancing in indoor shoes or bare feet.

Food and Café Sales

Our Sports Café is open throughout the event. Here you can help yourself to food and drinks if the need.

Who can participate

Everyone can join in - and if you have the energy for just a few hours, you're more than welcome.

The event is a training session where we'll break a sweat, so we recommend participants be +12 years old. Of course, it's up to parents to assess this.

If you're unable to attend

Cancellation Policy
Your registration is binding. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases.

Refunds
Purchased tickets are only refunded if the event is cancelled. Ticket fees, as well as any other fees and cancellation insurance paid in relation with ticket purchase, are not refunded in case of cancellations/rescheduling.

Cancellation Insurance

Exchanging for a New Date
Registration is binding for the chosen date. If we have a waiting list for your event, it may be possible to be moved.

Transferring the Ticket to Another Person
It's always possible to transfer the ticket to another person. Please note that we inform about practical matters and discount codes via the email you provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Selling Your Own Ticket
You are always welcome to resell your own ticket via the comments section on our Facebook event page for the event.
